Nature of the service

Raqem grants the user a non-exclusive license to use the available cloud systems under the selected plan and subscription to manage their business.

Account responsibility

Users must keep their login details and passwords confidential and are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are paid according to the selected plan and term offered on the website: 3, 6 or 12 months. The subscription price, tax and total are displayed before payment. The current payment flow does not include automatic renewal or recurring charges; renew by making a new subscription purchase or contacting us.

Acceptable use

The systems must not be used for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable rules and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Limitation of liability

The company makes every effort to maintain the stability and continuity of its technology services and Raqem POS. It is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control or failures in the user's internet connection.

Changes to these terms

The company reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website.
